Once your content has been received and we have designed your VisionVideo, we will e-mail you a copy of your completed video for your approval. Once you have approved your video, we will then send you the video HTML code to place on your website. You may then feel free to upload your video to any video sharing website such as youtube, etc.
Q: Can I submit paper copies or pictures?
A: Yes, we can scan any paper content you might have if it is not available in the formats listed on the "acceptable formats page".-no charge
Q: Will I receive my content back?
A: No, Please make copies of all content you want to send to us. Keep all original documents.
Q: What type of video player will my video appear on?
A: Windows Media Player. This system uses true streaming, so you won't have to wait for your video to download.

A: Windows Media Player is 100% compatible with all computers using the Microsoft Windows operating platform. |
| Q:What are ‘Stock Video Clips’? |

A:Stock video clips pre-shot video, animation, or dynamic backgrounds that give your video ad / television commercial more visual appeal. Examples would be pre-shot video of someone using a computer, people in an office, a couple walking on the beach, computer generated graphics, etc. |
Q: What is the turn-around for video montage commercials?
A:We initially start production when we receive half payment. Turn-around for your video montage commercial takes 7-14 days depending on your package selection. You will then receive an e-mail containing the finished product. Once you have viewed and approved the video, we will then make arrangements to receive full payment before distribution of the finished project.
NOTE: There will be no refund after the finalized project is approved by client.

A:Your DVD can be sent to prospective customers, used for in-store displays, used for trade show presentations or giveaways, etc.
Q:Why are your prices for online video ads/webmercials so low?
A:We keep our prices low a number of ways. We use stock video footage, stock digital images and customer provided video and images rather than spend thousands of dollars on videography, photography, lighting, production assistants, camera and sound equipment, location fees, props, etc. We compose the music for your video ad in-house, rather than purchase costly licenses for music. (You have an option to purchase your own music for $1.00) Eliminating these major costs allows us to deliver high quality professional video ads at affordable rates for any size business. |
