We initially start production when we receive half payment. Turn-around for your video montage commercial takes 7-10 days for silver package and 11-14 days for gold and platinum.. You will then receive an e-mail containing the finished product. Once you have viewed and approved the video, we will then make arrangements to receive full payment before distribution of the finished project. ( No changes and No refunds are allowed after your approval and distribution of final video)
